会议简介：
第四届信息安全与网络安全国际研讨会 (ISNS 2024) 将于2024年7月19-21日在中国西安举行。ISNS 2024议题涵盖访问控制，反病毒和反蠕虫，身份验证和授权，主动防御系统，自适应防御系统，安全系统分析、基准，生物特征安全，复杂系统安全等。本届大会将继续遵循学术性、国际性的原则，特邀国内外化学相关领域内的学者专家前来参会，并做出精彩的报告。本次会议秉持学术性和国际性原则，旨在邀请国内外化学领域的学者和专家参与研讨，并进行精彩的报告。我们将为与会者提供一个互动的平台，促进最新研究成果的交流，并分享相关领域中的先进研究方法。
  
会议论文发表

 录用的论文将发表在国际英文开源期刊Journal of Computer and Communications (ISSN Print: 2327-5219/ISSN Online: 2327-5227)上。

注：1. 如果您只是参会作报告，不需要发表文章，您只需要将您的摘要提交到投稿系统。
2. 您可点击左上角注册按钮下方Template for Manuscripts下载全文投稿模板，按照此模板准备文章。全文篇幅建议15-20页（按照模板格式，带图和参考文献），超过20页需缴纳超页费。摘要投稿无格式要求，具备标题、内容、关键词、作者信息即可，篇幅建议控制在1页以内，最长不超过2页。

Biography:
As a researcher, I embody curiosity and analytical thinking, with a deep passion for delving into unexplored realms of knowledge and devising innovative solutions for intricate problems. Motivated by a strong desire to contribute to the progression of my field, I aim to make a positive impact on society by tackling real-world challenges. My commitment extends to conducting rigorous research, upholding elevated standards of academic integrity, and nurturing a collaborative, inclusive research environment.
 

Prof. Pascal Lorenz
University of Haute-Alsace, France
Biography:
Pascal Lorenz (lorenz@ieee.org) received his M.Sc. (1990) and Ph.D. (1994) from the University of Nancy, France. Between 1990 and 1995 he was a research engineer at WorldFIP Europe and at Alcatel-Alsthom. He is a professor at the University of Haute-Alsace, France, since 1995. His research interests include QoS, wireless networks and high-speed networks. He is the author/co-author of 3 books, 3 patents and 200 international publications in refereed journals and conferences. He was Technical Editor of the IEEE Communications Magazine Editorial Board (2000-2006), IEEE Networks Magazine since 2015, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology since 2017, Chair of IEEE ComSoc France (2014-2020), Financial chair of IEEE France (2017-2022), Chair of Vertical Issues in Communication Systems Technical Committee Cluster (2008-2009), Chair of the Communications Systems Integration and Modeling Technical Committee (2003-2009), Chair of the Communications Software Technical Committee (2008-2010) and Chair of the Technical Committee on Information Infrastructure and Networking (2016-2017), Chair of IEEE/ComSoc Satellite and Space Communications Technical (2022-2023), IEEE R8 Finance Committee (2022-2023), IEEE R8 Conference Coordination Committee (2023). He has served as Co-Program Chair of IEEE WCNC'2012 and ICC'2004, Executive Vice-Chair of ICC'2017, TPC Vice Chair of Globecom'2018, Panel sessions co-chair for Globecom'16, tutorial chair of VTC'2013 Spring and WCNC'2010, track chair of PIMRC'2012 and WCNC'2014, symposium Co-Chair at Globecom 2007-2011, Globecom'2019, ICC 2008-2010, ICC'2014 and '2016. He has served as Co-Guest Editor for special issues of IEEE Communications Magazine, Networks Magazine, Wireless Communications Magazine, Telecommunications Systems and LNCS. He is associate Editor for International Journal of Communication Systems (IJCS-Wiley), Journal on Security and Communication Networks (SCN-Wiley) and International Journal of Business Data Communications and Networking, Journal of Network and Computer Applications (JNCA-Elsevier). He is senior member of the IEEE, IARIA fellow and member of many international program committees. He has organized many conferences, chaired several technical sessions and gave tutorials at major international conferences. He was IEEE ComSoc Distinguished Lecturer Tour during 2013-2014.
 

Prof. Zhiquan Liu
Jinan University, China
Biography:
Zhiquan Liu is a full professor with the College of Cyber Security, Jinan University. In recent years, Prof. Liu has published more than 80 SCI/EI papers on authoritative journals and conferences, such as IEEE JSAC, IEEE TIFS, IEEE TDSC, IEEE TMC, IEEE TKDE, IEEE TPAMI, IEEE TITS, IEEE IOTJ, IEEE TVT, IEEE TII, IEEE TCC, IEEE Network, Science China Information Sciences, Information Fusion, Information Sciences, IEEE ICWS, IEEE WCNC, ACISP, and Chinese Computer Journal (including more than 40 papers on CCF-A/JCR-1/TOP journals, 4 best papers on international conferences, and 2 most popular papers on international journals), and has applied for/been authorized more than 100 invention patents and PCT patents. Besides, Prof. Liu has served as the Chair, Program Committee Chair, Publication Chair, Publicity Chair, Finance Chair, Workshop Chair, or Program Committee Member for more than 20 international conferences. Meanwhile, Prof. Liu has served as the editor-in-chief of Advances in Transportation and Logistics, the associate editor of IEEE IOTJ, the academic editor of PLOS ONE, and the guest editors of two international journals, Security and Communication Networks and Electronics, and has served as the reviewers of more than 40 authoritative journals and conferences. Dr. Asif Ali
Shenyang Normal university, China
Biography:
Dr. Asif Ali developed projects in dream weaver, Visual Basic, and C programming. I got skills from many subjects like artificial intelligence, multimedia technology, C++, Linux operating system, CWNA, Java, and RF technology and A research paper was also published on RFID based toll deduction system. I worked on Quality of Experience monitoring on Autonomic networks and analysis based on QoS parameters such as packet loss and packet reordering using NetEm emulator with a combination of other tools.

退款/取消政策

组委会提供7日之内退款，因特殊原因需要撤稿退款，组委会将按如下方式退款：
a. 自确认到账日开始，3日之内80%退款；
b. 自确认到账日开始，4-7日之内50%退款；
c. 自确认到账日开始，超过7日的退款均不受理。
